After a 30-year career with Barclays Bank PLC, during which time he held key roles that included Divisional Finance Director, Chief Operating Officer, HR and Change Director and Transformation Director, David undertook a range of interim and consultancy assignments. These have included major public sector projects, as well as the creation and managing of public-private joint ventures.

Victoria Brannen - Chief Executive Officer

Founding director Victoria fulfils the dual roles of leading Maya Asset Management as its Chief Executive Officer and delivering strategic consultancy and operational management across each of the company’s service offerings.

Victoria spent ten years working for global automotive finance brands, including Toyota, Ford and Nissan, in European Marketing Manager roles. She was also responsible for strategic marketing, new product development and product launches into new European territories. Following a period of management consulting for clients such as Millennium and Copthorne hotels, Victoria worked with an asset management company in the holiday parks sector to raise funding for the acquisition of eleven UK holiday parks.

She then became founding director and Chief Investment Officer of an investment management business responsible for managing its asset portfolio and the day-to-day management of the business. Victoria then launched Maya Asset Management, which continues to manage the portfolio of ten holiday parks, including divestments and acquisitions.

Victoria has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Toni Cannon - Operations Director

Toni is responsible for both the day-to-day operational management of clients’ businesses, as well as for the creation of policy and procedures, particularly in relation to human resources and performance management. Her Operations Director role includes managing Maya Asset Management’s regional managers, who in turn oversee the operational management of assets such as holiday parks.

Having established herself as an operations and post-acquisition integration specialist with the Spirit Group, as it doubled the size of its estates to over 6,400 properties, Toni secured a role as internal trouble-shooter with Punch Taverns. After assisting in the introduction of systems across the Punch Taverns estate, which established predictable consumer spending patterns in a rapidly changing marketplace, Toni then joined a leading global IT consultancy. There, she was responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions for global blue-chip clients.

Toni now applies her operations, post-acquisition integration, IT and troubleshooting capabilities to create and apply consistent policies, performance standards and management systems across the asset portfolio managed by Maya Asset Management.

Toni has a degree in Business Management.
